After the huge success of the first Ultimate Disco course that Waxadisc produced back in 2016, we now have the brand new updated version for Ableton Live 10. This 3 part course is a further exploration within the realms of Disco music and its sub genres.

 

 

The course is a three part series and is a whopping 9 hours in total. The content is all available in one pack once you purchase the course via the Paypal link below and the course videos can either be downloaded or watched within the drive.

You will receive within your Disco pack, 9 hours of videos, all of the third party VST plug in synths for both Mac & PC at no extra cost at all. You will also receive the additional sounds such as the drum hits and the various sample sounds you need to add to the productions.

The first part of the course is the one that is inspired by the legendary Patrick Adams and his P&P records sound from the mid to late 1970's. His use of unusual analoque synths made his music instantly distinctive to other producers of the era. His raw style is one that is hugely influential among producers today.

 

 

 

The second part of the course is a 1980's synth boogie course which is inspired by the sounds of West End records and those bands from that era such as Shalamar, The Gap Band and other Electronic Funk acts in the post Disco era of the early to mid 80's. 

 

 

Here you will learn the key skills that will equip you with the techniques to produce this kind of music that was heavily reliant on the synthesizer. 

 

 

The final part of the trio of courses is a modern day Nu-Disco House styled course. The track you will be producing is loosely inspired by the track "In Your Arms" by Purple Disco Machine and his style of using traditional Disco sounds and instruments whilst maintaining a modern sound also.

 

 

This course will give you both the techniques for Disco and for House music alike so you can go off and produce your own tracks in Nu-Disco by using these elements.
